The 1875 Sporting Rifle combines all of the attributes of a fine single-shot hunting rifle, great balance, maneuverability, reliability, and the ability to chamber cartridges for any type of game. This 1875 Sporting Rifle is available with a standard weight barrel. The rifle shown features a standard weight barrel with Schnabel fore-end and pistol grip buttstock with Old Reliable black butt plate. This one has a single set trigger. Drilled and Tapped for Tang Sight.
This particular model and serial was custom made by C Sharps Arms in 1990!  Fantastic collectors piece!  28"-inch Octagon barrel, case hardened receiver, with Tang rear sight and front globe sight w/ dovetail underneath!  Chambered in 45- 2 1/10 Sharps or modern 45-70gov!  Schnabel Style forend as well!
